Service agreement outline

Every programme runs under a written service agreement. This outline shows what each agreement covers, so you can read the structure before the site audit. The specific figures for your site are filled in from the written scope.

What the agreement covers

Your service agreement is with our partner, and it sets out the visit frequency, the monitoring layout and the reporting you receive.

Agreement sections

Section What it sets out
1. Parties and site Who the agreement is between, the site address, and the areas included and excluded.
2. Scope The pests covered by the programme and the work included in each visit.
3. Monitoring layout The numbered site plan and the device at each point. Changes are made by reissuing the plan.
4. Visit frequency The scheduled frequency, and how it is reviewed against the activity records.
5. Reports The report contents and the number of working days within which each report is delivered.
6. Additional visits How visits between scheduled services are requested, scheduled and charged.
7. Products and safety How products are selected and applied, and how safety data sheets and product records are provided on request.
8. Site responsibilities Housekeeping, waste, proofing repairs, access, site induction and notifying sightings.
9. Fees and invoicing The programme fee, what it includes, and the invoicing cycle.
10. Term, review and notice The initial term, the review point, and the notice either party gives to end the agreement.

What stays with the site

A programme can find, record and treat pests, but some of the conditions that keep them out are the site's to maintain. The agreement names them so that recommendations in a report have an owner.

Request a site audit. Our partner's technician walks the site and checks the records your verifier or committee will ask for. You receive a written scope with a monitoring layout and a quoted visit schedule.
