About Facility Hygiene Auckland
We arrange commercial pest management programmes for Auckland sites through an independent Auckland pest management partner. This site covers commercial work only.
How we work
Each programme is delivered by our partner's technicians, working from the written scope agreed after the site audit. The site audit is carried out by our partner's technician, so the written scope comes from the people who will service the site.
Working principles
| Principle | What it means on your site |
|---|---|
| Audit before quote | No programme is priced until someone has walked the site and read its records. |
| Records are part of the job | Every visit produces a dated report with findings by point, so the work can be checked by someone who was not there. |
| Proofing before poison | Closing entry points is recommended first, because it is what lets a site reduce treatment and visit frequency. |
| No toxic bait near food | Rodenticide stays in locked external stations. Inside food areas, traps and monitors do the work. |
| Say what the rules say | We quote the regulation, not a sales version of it. Using a contractor is a choice, not a legal requirement. |
What we are not
Neither we nor our partner is a food safety verifier, and neither carries out verifications. In Auckland, template food control plans and several national programmes can be registered and verified through Auckland Council, and other recognised verifiers operate too. A pest programme supports your verification by producing the records your verifier asks for; it does not replace it.
We do not publish client names or testimonials, and we do not claim memberships or awards on this site. If you need references for a tender or a committee, ask during the site audit.
What we cover
- Scheduled pest management programmes
- Monitoring layouts and written service reports
- Rodent control
- Cockroach control

Work is carried out across the Auckland region. Multi-site operators can bring every Auckland site under one agreement.
