Programmes
A programme is the documented routine that keeps pests out of a commercial site and proves that it does. Each one below is set up after a site audit and written into a service agreement.
How a programme is put together
Every programme starts from the same four questions: which pests the site is exposed to, where they would get in, what the site has to prove and to whom, and how often someone needs to look. The answers set the monitoring layout and the visit frequency. The programme pages below explain each part in detail.
- Site auditA walk of the building, the perimeter and the waste area, a look at existing records, and a conversation about who inspects you and when.
- Written scopeA numbered site plan, the monitoring points and why each one is there, the proposed visit frequency, and the recommended proofing work.
- Scheduled serviceEach visit checks every point, records what was found, treats where needed and leaves a written report.
- ReviewActivity trends are reviewed with you, and the layout or frequency is adjusted when the site, the season or the findings change.

A scheduled, documented programme for sites that cannot afford to find out about pests from a customer, a tenant or a verifier.
Monitoring tells you where pests are before anyone sees one. Reporting turns each visit into a record that a verifier, a committee or a landlord can read.
Rats and mice in a commercial building are a contamination risk, a fire risk in cabling and a reputational risk. The programme is built to stop them at the perimeter and to prove it.
In a commercial kitchen the German cockroach is the species that matters. It breeds indoors, hides in equipment, and is the finding most likely to turn a routine verification into a corrective action.
Flies are seasonal, mobile and easy to underestimate. Control works when the type of fly is identified and its source is closed, with fly units recording what still gets through.
Pigeons and sparrows nesting over a loading dock or in a canopy are a contamination problem for food sites and a cleaning cost for everyone else. Proofing removes the place to roost rather than the birds themselves.
Request a site audit. Our partner's technician walks the site and checks the records your verifier or committee will ask for. You receive a written scope with a monitoring layout and a quoted visit schedule.
