Privacy statement
This statement explains what we do with the information you give us. It is written to meet the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
The details you enter in the site audit request form or send by email or phone: your name, role, organisation, contact details, site location and the information you choose to give about the site.
Call and form tracking
This website uses WhatConverts, a call and form tracking service, to see which pages bring enquiries. When you visit, it records the page you are on, the page or site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link. When you call or send the site audit request form, it records the enquiry itself, and for calls the number you called from and the time of the call.
The phone number shown on this site may be a tracking number that forwards to our line. WhatConverts holds the tracking data on our behalf. It is used only to understand which pages lead to enquiries, not to advertise to you.
How it is used and shared
We do not sell your details. We pass them to our pest management partner, which carries out the site audit and delivers the programme, and only for that purpose.
The details are used to respond to your request, arrange and carry out a site audit, prepare a written scope and, if you go ahead, deliver and administer the programme.
Storage and retention
Request details are held by our form provider and in our email system. Details of enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Service records for sites under a programme are kept for the period set out in the service agreement, so that they remain available to you for your own record-keeping duties.
Seeing or correcting your information
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. Email hello@facilityhygiene.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
